Learnedcounsel further submits that even if this Courtallows the Special Leave Petitions filed by thepetitioner, the issue would still have to bedecided by the High Court. Having considered the entire issue, we are ofthe opinion that no useful purpose will be servedin keeping the special leave petitions pending inthis Court.
