Petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rupees ten lacs with the trial court within four weeks and file proof of the same. Subject to the above, issue notice and the matter shall be referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre. In the meanwhile, no coercive steps, including arrest, be taken against the petitioner. If deposit is not made within time stipulated by this Court the special leave petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. Accordingly on filing proof of deposit of Rs.10,00,000/­ (Ten Lacs) before Trial Court show cause notice was issued to both the respondent through registered A.D.Post. M/s Gopal Singh and K.Priyadarshi, Advocates has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of both respondents respectively. It is submitted that High Court Mediation Centre vide letter dated 30 th  August, 2016, has submitted a report of Mediation dated 29 th  August, 2016. The said report is circulated herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
