It is also admitted on behalf of the Central Bureau of Investigation that the appellants were not arrested during investigation and that they have rendered cooperation till the chargesheet was filed. 1
In view of the above, the appeals are disposed of making absolute the interim protection already granted at the time of issuing notice namely on 24.03.2023. However, the appellants are directed to continue to cooperate in the trial and this shall be the part of the conditions on which the appeals are disposed of.
