Under Section 61(2) of the IBC, limitation for filing an appeal before NCLAT commences from the date of pronouncement of the NCLT order, and the benefit of excluding time under Section 12(2) of the Limitation Act is available only if the appellant has formally applied for a certified copy; non-application forecloses condonation, and delay beyond the maximum 45-day period (30 days plus 15 days) cannot be condoned.
